2. Non-Returnable Products
Returns may not be accepted for:
* Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
* Products damaged because of incorrect installation or misuse.
* Custom-made or specially manufactured products unless they are defective or the wrong product was supplied.
* Products returned after the applicable return period.
3. How to Request a Return

The customer may be required to provide:
* Order number or invoice number.
* Description of the problem.
* Photographs or videos showing the damage or defect, where applicable.
Our team will review the request and inform the customer whether the return is approved.
4. Return Shipping
If the product is returned because we supplied the wrong product or the product arrived defective or damaged, Al-Noor SMD Screens will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.

6. Exchanges
If a product is defective or the wrong product was supplied, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability and agreement with the customer.
7. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched or production has started.
For customized or specially manufactured products, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
8. Damaged Products
Customers should inspect their order upon delivery. If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs or videos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
